At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through our doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Patch Testing for all on the scalp colour is required 48 hours before the service is carried out. We are required to perform this to ensure your safety. We are also required to regularly patch test all our guests once every 6 months. If a patch test is not carried out we will not be able to perform the colour service.

We also offer an Online Booking facility, this is available through our website and our Facebook page. A deposit is required when making a booking online. All our terms and conditions are clearly outlined on our booking platform.

We also understand that from time to time you may need to rearrange your appointment with us. We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hrs notice.
